Here's a simple guestbook you can add to any page on your website to allow comments. Why not put the guestbook block in edit mode and play with the options?
We also have a fully featured Discussions Forum Add-on if you need it.

Hello Dana,I have a nice tip I want to share.
I did find a great website with lots and lots of music instruction and concert DVDs for download. I tried it because there is also free stuff and I must say it works fantastic! Better than I thought it would be. A new world has opened fo me ;-)
